It’s often a non-negotiable, in fact. According to a survey conducted by the National Association of Realtors, one in three clients with a pet will refuse to make an offer on a house because it is not ideal for their animal. And more than 80 percent of people take animal-related considerations into account when purchasing their next home or remodeling their current one.
